Gurdaspur 26 September (Salam Tari) – As Punjab continues to recover from devastating floods, communities in areas like Dera Baba Nanak, Ajnala, Ramdas, Tarn Taran, Amritsar, and Ferozepur are facing severe hardship, with homes, fields, and barns destroyed. A major concern now is the potential spread of post-flood diseases.
In response, the Divya Jyoti Jagrati Sansthan (DJJS) is stepping up its relief efforts by hosting a free medical camp at its Satsang Ashram in Shahzada (Dera Baba Nanak).
The camp will be held on Sunday, September 28, 2025, from 10:00 am to 2:00 pm, and will offer:
Consultations with specialist doctors.
Free distribution of essential medicines.
Health awareness and guidance for affected families.
The DJJS has been actively involved in flood relief, providing medicines, relief materials, and even animal fodder. This medical initiative is their latest effort to safeguard the health of disaster-affected families.
